Hearing Instrument Specialist

Department: Audiology CC13
Location: Hialeah, FL

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our Otolaryngology practice and help us provide the highest level of hearing healthcare to our patients! As a Hearing Instrument Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized hearing solutions, including hearing aid fittings, repairs, and maintenance.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting hearing assessments, recommending appropriate hearing devices, and programming and fitting hearing aids for optimal performance. You will also be responsible for providing patient education on hearing healthcare and technology and ensuring that patients receive ongoing support and follow-up care.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of hearing healthcare practices and technology. You should also possess a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and have experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Required Education and Experience

  • AAS in Hearing Instrument Specialist or related field
  • Hearing Aid dispensing license
  • One year of related experience
