Registered Nurse (RN)

Our thriving ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) practice is seeking a dedicated RN to join our dynamic team. Our team is committed to excellence in diagnosing and treating disorders of the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatments under the direction of our ENT specialists.
  • Assist in office-based procedures and surgeries, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-operative care instructions.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient or surgical setting
  • Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
