Job Description: We’re currently seeking a qualified medical administrative assistant with strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and extensive administrative experience in a medical environment. The role of the Administrative Assistant/Admin Support Specialist is to handle administrative tasks for the company such as assisting the office manager, mail processing, supply and maintenance tracking, generating reports, and any other tasks assigned to them to assist the business.
Responsibilities:
Individual is responsible to assist the management team with administrative and clerical functions that support the day-to-day running of the business. Organize and prepare documents related to presentations and meetings. Coordinate and manage internal documents, publications and files. Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare postage on outgoing mail in a timely manner. File correspondence and documents as necessary; upload insurance payment documentation as appropriate. Support Office Manager with ordering medical and office supplies and with assuring proper functioning of all facilities, including keeping a schedule of maintenance and various services, maintain a proper inventory of equipment and facilities/services accreditation/licenses. Work with the Office Manager on various reconciliation reports and projects. Handle all special projects as assigned.
