Front Desk Coordinator - Bilingual Spanish

Department: Front Desk CC13
Location: Hialeah, FL

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to manage our front office and provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily administrative activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately

  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as assigned

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies and procedures

  • Communicate effectively with staff and management to support operational needs


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or front desk role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software

  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive attitude


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with [industry-specific tools, e.g., scheduling software, CRM systems

  • Bilingual in English, Spanish if applicable
